Shipping policy

At Maison Derme, every order is prepared with the same level of precision and care as our in-clinic treatments. We understand that medical-grade skincare is an investment in your skin health, which is why we prioritise efficient processing, secure packaging, and reliable delivery.

Each product is carefully handled to preserve its integrity, ensuring it arrives in optimal condition. From dispatch to delivery, our focus is on providing a seamless experience — so your skincare reaches you ready to perform at its highest standard.

What are my delivery options?

All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of purchase. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day.

How much does delivery cost?

  • DPD Next Day Delivery – £6.00
    Please note: delivery charges are non-refundable.
    Free UK shipping is available on orders over £75.00.
  • Royal Mail 24 – £4.00 per order
  • Royal Mail 48 – £3.50 per order

For Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48 services, please allow up to 72 hours for order processing before dispatch.

What courier service do you use?

We use DPD. Please note: a signature is required at this time for all deliveries. However, if you're not at your delivery location, you will be able to change your delivery date, or arrange for it to be left at an alternative address that's more convenient for you. The driver will need to take a photo of the delivery once it's left in your chosen secure location as proof of delivery.

We also offer shipping with Royal Mail on their 24 and 48 hour service.

Will I receive notification that my order has been dispatched?

Yes, you will receive an email from us notifying you of your order being shipped. On the day of delivery, you will be sent a delivery time slot and be given the name of your driver and what stop number they are currently on.

How can I track my parcel?

You can track your parcel by clicking on the link in your shipping confirmation. This will take you directly to DPD or Royal MAIL, where you will have multiple delivery options available.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes, DPD or Royal Mail will require a signature when they deliver your parcel, or simply take a picture of the delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently don't ship outside of the UK.
